Te invităm să te miști, să te joci, să te reconectezi, să iți întinzi corpul, să transpiri, să scoti sunete, să te relaxezi, să te regenerezi, să dansezi, să improvizezi, să te eliberezi, să te vindeci... ...într-o atmosfera călduroasă de comunitate conștientă, energizati de bautura din cacao cu grad ceremonial și muzică mixata live. În dansul ecstatic trăim ritmul și ne mișcăm liberi pe măsură ce muzica ne poartă, uneori simțind o stare de transă și extaz. Adesea ne simțim conectați cu ceilalți și cu propriile emoții. Dansul ne servește că o formă de regasire de sine, ajutându-ne să depasim stresul cotidian și să atingem seninătatea. Reguli: Fara incaltaminte, fara substante intoxicante, fara telefoane si fara conversatii in timpul dansului. Nu există reguli de mișcare, pași specifici. Există expresivitate, trăire, naturalețe.
