Dance, Sing, Play Love-Jam & Social

It’s time for another monthly heart-warming Love Jam. This month we came up with so many things to celebrate: Valentine’s, Imbolc, Chinese New Year, the end of this Beautiful Winter along with ‘usual’ Full Moon celebration of connection, play, laughter, and freedom. The monthly LoveJams are fun and heart-warming gatherings organized around the time when the moon is at its fullest. Why then? Because we noticed that every time the moon becomes fuller we have more energy, we dream more and sleep less. So, we figured that it is just great for we have more time, stamina and creativity to dance, sing, socialize and simply celebrate life! LoveJams are carefully mixed by our head chef ieva WildLoveBeamer who facilitates community focused yoga classes and dance workshops. The intention behind her recipes is to create a sense of belonging and union through playful, physical movement and self-expression. Simple! Ieva’s all-time favourite ingredients are HuMandala & Parnter Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, Live Music, Singing, Meditative Interactive Games, Poetry and Loud Laughter (yes, it is a very serious spiritual practise!) and no hangover next day!
