Dance Technique & Kizomba Lady Styling by Justine in Bratislava

My lovely Ladies Do you want to not only follow your partner smoothly, but also trying to add yourself? Be visible in the dance? Learn an attractive styling that can be used in dance in a pair? Do you know that such basic figures as women saida / men saida, basic side or basic three, we can fill by our attractive movement? If yes, you will have the opportunity to do this on Friday at workshops which includes a dance technique and Kizomba ladies styling. Level of the workshops is OPEN. Schedule: 18:00-19:00 Dance technique: correct dance posture, exercises to stabilize the posture, work on the balance, feet exercises Please, bring soft jazz shoes or thick socks 19:00-20:00 foundations of female styling in kizomba, a short choreography made to learn how to interpret the music. We will dance with dancing heels So please, bring both: flat shoes/socks and heels ;) Time: 7th of April 18:00-20:00 Place: Casa Afro, Trnavské mýto, Šancová 3562/102, 831 04 Bratislava Price: 10€ for two hours About Justine: Justine is a certified Urban Kiz instructor obtained during URBAN KIZ TEACHER TRAINING CERIFICATION BY Enah Lebon & Moun Red & Carolina Fajardo. She was participated in the choreographic group at SunDance Masters - Carola Tauler's Lady Styling Bootcamp. Justine has many years of dance experience, which included Salsa LA, NY, Cuban, Bachata, Jazz, Zouk and the most loved Kizomba. She is still learning from the best artist from Poland and abroad and several times she had the pleasure to assist them in classes. She believes that a good dance technique is the foundation on which to create your dance, to make it safe, aesthetic and enjoyable. She has had four years of experience in teaching kizomba and bachata, both as part of regular courses, workshops and individual private lessons.
