This journey can open new heights of presence and bliss! ​ Rhythms of the Hear​t is influenced by 5 Rhythms, ISTA training, Ikido, Bodywork ​(Avi Grinberg and BioEnergy) and Buddhist teachings. The practice is done with rich and versatile music that awakens and touches the body, emotion and spirit. No need for previous experience of dance or movement.
