Join Us for Ecstatic Dance this Thursday where we will be dancing with some energy from the new moon this past weekend. Planting seeds for a new way of moving forward and letting go what we don’t want to bring into 2025. Dance Temple Squamish is a place where you can come to fully feel the music and vibes of the space to bring up whatever movement and flow is necessary for your day. Dance is truly medicine and when we tap into our inner knowing and just being present to feel what’s in our bodies, we can trust that we will move what is present. We will begin in circle with an arrival practice + intention setting, and some guidance on how to free-flow in ecstatic dance. We have found an amazing set this week from another ecstatic dance event hosted in another country. We encourage you to come feel the vibes whatever they are and move the energy that needs to be moved to find some joy. Location : Squamish United Church, far right door on 4th Ave. Parking is street parking anywhere along 4th Ave. All you need to bring is your water bottle, comfy clothes to dance in and cash for admission (or e transfer to [email protected] PRIOR to entry). Admission is $20 We aim to provide an inclusive space where everyone is welcome, including children! However, please make sure your children can remain quiet during Savasana and the sharing circle so that we can maintain the integrity of the container.
