Join us for our weekly Dance Temple in Squamish! Thursday Nov 23rd we will be joined by Van Andreas! Van Andreas is the moniker of Teo Van Raalte. Lover of all things music and audio, Teo has been DJing and making music in many forms for over a decade. This passion has brought him all over the world, and inspired him to dive deeper into the world of sound, exploring many mediums including Sound Design, Sound for Film, Live Sound, Location Sound Recording and Music Production. This desire for variety and interest in blending different sound elements feeds into his Music Creation and Live Performance greatly. Whether in his own tracks, or in his DJ/Live sets, he strives to present a mix of genres that encompass many different feelings and emotions and pull them all together into one cohesive journey of sound. Our ecstatic dance has an especially intimate family vibe. It is a sober space with no talking during the dance - however there is time to share and connect after! Location : Squamish United Church, far right door on 4th Ave. Parking is street parking anywhere along 4th Ave. All you need to bring is your water bottle, comfy clothes to dance in and cash for admission (or e transfer to [email protected] PRIOR to entry). Admission is sliding scale $15 - $25 We aim to provide an inclusive space where everyone is welcome, including children! However, please make sure your children can remain quiet during Savasana and the sharing circle so that we can maintain the integrity of the container.
