Join Us for Ecstatic Dance this Thursday where we will be dancing with this fall energy, feeling of letting go of anything that does not serve you. Dance Temple Squamish is a place where you can come to fully feel the music and vibes of the space to bring up whatever movement and flow is necessary for your day. Dance is truly medicine and when we tap into our inner knowing and just being present to feel what’s in our bodies, we can trust that we will move what is present. Heather works with her connection to plants and medicine through nature. She will bring the vibe in music that resonates for everyone guided by energetic resonance. This week she has found a playlist that will bring healing and a vibe for feeling different rhythms and moving whatever energy that is present, even if that’s rest. Location : Squamish United Church, far right door on 4th Ave. Parking is street parking anywhere along 4th Ave. All you need to bring is your water bottle, comfy clothes to dance in and cash for admission (or e transfer to [email protected] PRIOR to entry). Admission is $20 We aim to provide an inclusive space where everyone is welcome, including children! However, please make sure your children can remain quiet during Savasana and the sharing circle so that we can maintain the integrity of the container.
