Dance The Change :: silent disco parties for a cause!

Hello Beloveds, Dance The Change is currently doing monthly events & one offs for now. We will be pivoting back to weekly events as soon as we can squeeze it into our schedule, or we gather a team of DTC volunteers or paid worker to help make it happen. In fact, if you know of anybody that is interested to get paid to have FUN doing Dance The Change weekly Saturdays, please have them email me. Feeling the community wants a Saturday dance event in East Bay & this is our Spring/Summer time to shine! I'd do it, but i work DJing weddings most Saturdays April-Dec. Our next event is Sunday May 15th (more info below) feat. DJ Boogiemeister & special guest Jef Stott. Looking for help with check in table if anybody wants to volunteer on that to trade for headphone use please email back. Also, we are working on collaborating with a few other silent disco collectives to do a large Bay Area Silent Disco Festival which is looking to be freakin' FANTASTIC! We have enjoyed the smiles & dance moves of those that attended various events the past 2 years as this community has evolved. And... Together, we raised a total of $4.6k for Sogoreate Land Trust & $1.2k raised so far for Roots Community Health Center + Almost Home Oakland that is building tiny homes for the homeless.
