DANCE:Authenticity, Awkwardness, & Appreciative Connection With Our Healthy Ancestors

Often, showing up with Realness seems to necessitate a certain Awkwardness. There’s gold in dem dar hills, especially when I’m able to trust the process. I’ve been discovering when I intentionally connect with my Healthy Ancestors, the beings & substances that led into my incarnation & whose echoes & active presence continually surround in the form of rocks & dirt & DNA & wind (not to mention sun & rain & metal & stillness…) when I allow connection with these Healthy Ancestors I can more deeply trust & benefit from the process of feeling & healing & connecting with myself, my beloveds, & my communities. This participatory dance aims to cultivate that connection for all who feel called to co-create it.
