Let's come together to move, express, and celebrate the spirit of gratitude. We'll sweat our prayers in the Rose Chapel sanctuary + then gather in the reception hall to share nourishment and connection. Bring your favorite dish (or those Thanksgiving leftovers!) and we'll break some bread together post-dance. What is ecstatic dance? Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover your own intuitive movement and meet your body’s natural wisdom. We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.
