Please help us by grabbing your ticket in advance and spreading the word! 💗 7:15- Cacao Ceremony and Opening Circle 8:45-25: Dancing Freedom Dance Journey 9:25 - 9:45: Sound with Sam David 9:45 -10 PM: Closing circle Join movement facilitator and DJ Chelsea Biklen for this monthly dance ceremony. We will open our space with a Ceremonial Guatemalan Cacao circle and exploration of our dance theme. The evening will continue into a lightly guided dance journey called Dancing Freedom, which follows a 5-stage arc through the 5 ayurvedic elements. As we dance with the elements we re-awaken and remember our connection to ourselves, each other, the planet, and the cosmos. It is a somatic, ecstatic, and shamanic dance practice that welcomes all bodies, all experiences, and all emotions. It is both dance and moving meditation.
