THE INVITATION; Years ago I trained as a Sculptor. I would create art work from stone and spend hours walking around what I was carving and chiselling, seeing the work from different angles, listening and feeling to what wanted to be shaped. The art was born from movement, shifts in perception, deep feeling, imagination and somatic connection with the stone itself. When I trained in Conscious Dance and began Facilitating workshops, rituals and ceremonies, I began to realise I was still sculpting, but now it was in a collaborative co-creative way which involved all the dancers, the dance floor, the music, the guydance, everything… Each dancer is a work of He~Art on their own, forever changing posture and perspective, exploring new options, potentials and possibilities, trying out different feelings in form, dreaming and dancing, dancing and being dreamed. Dance is much faster than chiselling stone. I love what is revealed, what emerges, what occurs and happens in a held potent space of possibility. I invite you to become Dancer of your own unique Heartful Existence, so you graceful manifest your works of He~Art as you effortless move about the dance floors of your Life. These 2 Teaching/Dancing days will offer you the insight and action to transform the way you see yourselves and what’s possible in your Life, and get you back in the driver’s seat of your own Existence. Too often we live to fulfil the expectations of others, we sell our Soul to fit in, be liked and loved and compromise the reality that we have been given to live for watered down versions which create stress and existential distress as we move away from our Hearts. Our Life is our own. There are as many worlds as there are people to see and live in them. We are all unique and Original in our design with capacities, potentials, gifts and visions which equip us for living extraordinary lives which flow with contentment, ease, joy and a deep sense of well Being. This Dancing Heart Path, Conscious Creativity weekend is to remind us who we are, to rest and dance into Essence, access inspiration and vision and learn forms and structures to manifest lives born from Love. It’s also an essential part of the Work to face and feel what stops us, to see what we are afraid of, to embrace what has been holding us back, so we don’t continue to drive through our lives with the handbrake on.
