We will investigate how movement can respect the healthy range of motion of the joints while organizing the connective tissue network that recycles energy and supports dynamic balance. Weโ€™ll play with falling, spirals, and sequential movement: discovering sustainable, creative, and responsive ways to dance. Movement principles and practiced patterns become springboards for playfulness, curiosity, and creativity in the shared dance space. The Axis Syllabus is a collection of knowledge for learning, researching, and experiencing movementโ€”especially in the context of dance. This includes moving with anatomical relationships, physics, bio-tensegrity, ongoing multi-disciplinary research, movement analysis, and transmission. An Axis Syllabus class aims to create a collaborative learning environment and an effective space for personal research. www.axissyllabus.net ------------------------------------------------------------------ ๐€๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ƒ๐š๐ ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ ๐๐จ๐œ๐ค Dagmar is a performer, choreographer, movement researcher, and certified Axis Syllabus teacher. Since 1999, she has worked in performance and theatre contexts with companies such as Cie Toula Limnaios, Sasha Waltz & Guests, and the State Theatre of Nuremberg. In addition to her work in dance, she is a Craniosacral Bodywork Practitioner, teaches at the University of Music and Theatre Hamburg, and develops her own performance projects. She also practices Chen Tai Chi. Dagmarโ€™s work is dedicated to creating spaces where the joy of movement and dance can flourish. Her ongoing research into a respectful and gentle relationship with the bodyโ€”combined with her passion for danceโ€”motivates her to weave together diverse forms of movement and somatic practice. Her teaching focuses on cultivating contexts where participants can deepen their individual connection to the body and engage in shared learning. dagmar-bock.de instagram.com/dagmar__bock facebook.com/dagmar.bock ------------------------------------------------------------------ ๐Ÿ”— ๐Œ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐ข๐ง๐Ÿ๐จ & ๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: https://www.servivo.earth/the-axis-syllabus-and-contact-improvisation/ ๐Ÿ“ ๐€๐ญ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐•๐ข๐ฏ๐จ (๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ ๐š๐ฅ) https://maps.app.goo.gl/Yu47sYnWKCDGnj2Z8
