Dancing to different orchestras - Musicality workshops by Emilia Andrada

In each class, the style of the tango orchestra will be analysed and integrated into the dance through a series of steps from Buenos Aires. This technical content is what allows the best social dancers of tango salón in Argentina to improvise and interpret each orchestra for a creative and nuanced dance. 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟮𝟱 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵:𝟯𝟬 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙊𝙧𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖 Á𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡 𝙙’𝘼𝙜𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙤 In this workshop we will three types of walking: on tempo, sustained & counter-tempo. 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟯𝟬 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵:𝟯𝟬 𝗥𝗵𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗺 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙊𝙧𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙙𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙙𝙤𝙡𝙛𝙤 𝘽𝙞𝙖𝙜𝙞 Rhythms challenge our agility to express the music. We will learn to match patterns using repetition, reaction and pause in parallel system, as well as rebounds and small steps. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟮 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬:𝟯𝟬 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙊𝙧𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙙𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤𝙨 𝙙𝙞 𝙎𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞 Our ability to move in harmony with the melody requires continuity and flow in circular steps. We will progress from an ocho to a turn, exercising the key points to meet the music. 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟰 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬:𝟯𝟬 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙊𝙧𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙙𝙚 𝘼𝙣í𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙧𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙤 Generate the the energy required to control the dynamic of the music.
