About this Event
We begin by arriving in our bodies. Our practice is grounded in the free expression found in ecstatic, 5 rhythms, soul motion forms. We spice up our dancing with a few crafted exercises and offerings for new movement options and group connections. Including: play, art, authentic movement, contact improv, partner dancing, group tuning and scores. All levels welcome.
