Has performed and trained salsa/mambo first-hand with the Mambo King himself, Mr. Eddie Torres, taught with the 5-time ballroom champion Michael Adegoke at the world renown Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles, was the first ever to win two prizes at the 2016 CEO of the year award ceremony “Malmö Näringslivsgalan”, and was a part of the 2016 world salsa champions routine by Mambo Revelation. ➤ Mariano Neris is a musician graduated from Berklee College of Music, competitive dance coach from the USA and international performer with over a decade of experience in Latin dance. He has had the honor of choreographing/performing (2015) for superstar Latin artists like: Gilberto Santa Rosa, Tito Allen, Ritchie Ray and Bobby Cruz, in a stadium performance in front of over 39,000 in attendance. Won the 2011 World Latin Dance Cup salsa qualifier in Chicago, USA. He was a choreographer and dancer for Elvis Crespo & NG2 music video “Tenia Que Acabar,” filmed in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is the artistic director of Salsa Solo USA which takes place in conjunction with the Boston Salsa Festival. He is also the director and choreographer of the 2016 World salsa champions in the team shines division, Mambo Revelation. ➤ MarBella together has already taken the year 2016 by storm. Earlier this year, they were invited to perform at the 2016 World Salsa Summit as guest artists. They trained/coached dancers in Malmö to compete in Salsa and Bachata in the USA, and just this past July and August the dancers brought back to Malmö in accumulation of over 9 trophies/medals of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. MarBella will be offering an array of classes this semester at Malmö Dansakademi.
