A warm welcome to welcome yourself to explore, play, work, express and celebrate who you are as a dancer! There are so many layers to choosing to dance with life as it is. Gentle compassionate all embracing witnessing awareness creates safety as we surrender to the gift of life in whatever shape it comes to us, at times challenging and always in beauty. When we get in touch with the dancer within us, we rise from our challenges into passion and devotion to what matters to us in faith, courage, desire, curiosity, ecstasy, power, pleasure, patience, bliss and so forth. I am happy to invite you to Óðinsgata 21 on Friday 4 April from 6pm-9pm. Come and open up to the colours of your heart, your life, new life, the life of the ones you love. Come and take your place with us. We will share delicious soup and crackers after the dance. The price is 8000 kr per person. Please bring with you cash. Please let me know if you would like to join. Fyrsta helgin í hverju mánuði, er rúmlega 2 tíma dans hugleiðsla og svo eitthvað auka tíma til að borða saman, spjalla eða fá okkur kakó. Það mun vera opið á kvaða dagar það verður, t.d föstudagskvöld, laugardag eða sunnudag. Við erum með pláss fyrir 8-10 manns, bara til að gefa ykkur hugmynd um rýmið, sem er einstaklega töfrandi og nærandi, hönnuð með virðingu og ást fyrir náttúruverum hjá okkur á þingholtin. Það kostar 8000 kr fyrir skiptið á mann. Best væri að borga með pening. Þið eruð velkominn að semja við mig um verðið eftir þörfum.
