För dig som vill testa på flera danser! Kombinera olika stilar i en Dansmix kurs! Här behöver du inte välja, utan har chans att inspireras av flera dansstilar samtidigt. Olika ledare kommer att hålla i danspassen och lära ut en ny dans vid varje tillfälle. Denna danskurs innehåller en blandning av stilar så som street, burelsque, salsa m.m. Vi testar både långsam och sensuell dans med glöd och kaxig dans med tempo och power, allt för att du ska hitta just din nya passion! Vi arbetar med koordination, kroppskontroll, kondition, uttryck, teknik och framförallt, att våga uttrycka sin glädje och energi! På denna dansmixkurs kan du se vad som passar dig bäst samt lägga en grund till andra danser. Inga förkunskaper krävs, alla får vara med!
