***english will follow*** CLASE DE DANZA CONSCIENTE Ven a jugar, explorar y celebrar con nosotr@s, en un espacio libre de juicio, donde solo se encuentra en momento presente para descubrir el movimiento de nuestro cuerpo. Unos ejercicios para calentarnos, y danza libre! Te esperamos el 27 de marzo a las 4 pm al Caribean coffee shop and chocolate factory en Cocles. Lleva botella de agua y ropa comoda. La clase es a base de donacion, gracias al Caribean Coffee shop por el espacio, y al Circulo de Mujeres por la ayuda. CONSCIOUS DANCE CLASS come with us to play, explore and celebrate in a safe space, free from judgment! Only the present moment will let us discover the movement possibilities of our bodies. We will start with some conscious exercices and get some free dance time! We're waiting for you on march 27th at 4pm at the Caribean coffee shop amd chocolate factory in Cocles. Bring your water bottle, and cumfortable clothing. The class will be given in spanish and/or english, depending on the group. This is a donation based class, thanks to the Caribean Coffee shop and to the Circulo de Mujeres de Puerto Viejo!
