DC Casineros Cuban Dance Social Featuring DJ Dola, sending off of our dear Alison!

On Friday March 7th, DC Casineros Dance Company is going UNDERGROUND FEATURING Dj-dola Yorubaontwo and hosting their second (of many to come) official monthly dance socials in Brookland, DC Casineros community company dancers, and including appetizers and beverages. In the beautiful new Edgewood Arts Space, at the corner of 8th St. NE and Monroe St. NE, we will dance the night away to sounds of Son, Songo, Timba, Guaguanco, Salsa, Cha Cha Cha, Guaracha, and Rumba... There will be a special presentation by old and new DC Casineros community dancers. There will be information presented about the DC Casineros history and vision for Casino dance in DC and abroad. The program will be: 8-8:30pm, All levels Cuban Casino dance class 8:30-11pm, Open dancing to a variety of Cuban dance music 10pm- Information presentation by DC Casineros co-directors, and demo by DC Casineros community dancers Cost $10.
