DC Naked Ecstatic and Qigong Flow Dance with Major & Peter

Come Move your beautiful bodies in our new luxurious venue in the DC/Maryland/VA area. Are you interested in learning more about the healing and vitality giving movement practice of Qigong and you love to move your body to fun dance music? Do you love to attend Ecstatic Dance, and do you love to be naked? If you are a "hell yes" to these questions and movement, music, and meditation are some of your main passions in life, then this movement class is for you! We will begin with Ecstatic Dance. This is clothing optional, body-positive, full of love, and ecstatic expression! Come bare your soul AND your inner animal during the tribal 5RHYTHMS journey! Allow this movement practice to be a meditation or a release! Join us and allow your body to be free and be witnessed in your wholeness. The intention is to invoke our full expression. Whether that is primal, joy or whatever comes up; release and allow the body to be expressed. After a short break, Peter will lead us though some Sheng Zhen Qigong www.shengzhen.org and then will move into a 5 Element dance that will fuse these 2 modalities into one. We will finish with a short meditation and integration piece. Basic Guidelines: No talking too close to those in their dance experience. CLOTHING OPTIONAL ~ Wear what makes you feel comfortable, playful. Let your inner Animal shine. No heavy drug use and no display of sxxuality. Sensuality is okay. No body-shaming, specifically genitals. Consent to touch or comment on bodies, this is a brave space, let's make it safe together. Please no recording or photos. Trained as an authentic relating facilitator, he utilizes Integral Theory to create exercises in different practices acting, movement, and intimacy. My innovation and penchant for levity creates a brave experiential container for people to blossom open, and deepen the relationship to self and others. Authentic Relating Games allow you to intimately know yourself and create a space for decentralized processing. His intention is to show up authentically to create safety and permission for others to show up fully. My containers are for deep intimacy and growth. I believe when we locate and push against our edges, that is where the growth can happen. Peter Petersen has been teaching qigong for 20 years and has been a certified massage therapist for the last 18 years. Peter has been teaching in health clubs, hospitals, retirement villas, and several different wellness/spa resorts in Mexico and the United States, such as Rancho La Puerta, Mayacamas Ranch, and Present Moment Retreat. Peter is also a personal wellness coach. This Qigong practice helps people ground themselves into their “now” to increase their present moment awareness of their behaviors, and find simple solutions to problematic habits such as: eating, moving, negative thinking, and sleeping. The result of this tool box of healthy information is that clients become their own health advocate and regain a sense of stability, peace, and well-being into their everyday lives.
