Nous commencerons par une pratique de pas variés en bisoku — la marche lente et sensible du Butô — afin d’entrer dans un état méditatif incarné menant à une improvisation en solo. Nous poursuivrons avec le massage ostéopathique Wuo Tai en binômes, puis nous laisserons cette écoute corporelle évoluer naturellement vers une danse d’improvisation contact profonde. Elle se forme également au Body Weather avec Min Tanaka, Christine Quoiraud, Katy Roulaud et Sherwood Chen, ainsi qu’au Contact Improvisation auprès de Steve Paxton, Nancy Stark Smith, Kirstie Simson, Nora Hajos, Jess Curtis et Claire Filmon. Professeure de Yin et Vinyasa Yoga et praticienne en massage thaï, Wuo Tai et massage sur table, elle intègre ces pratiques à son enseignement somatique. We then move into paired Wuo Tai massage, letting this deep somatic opening gradually evolve into profound Contact Improvisation dance.
