Deep Dive Head Movement with Angelica

This workshop offers an in-depth exploration of head movement, specifically tailored for followers. Leads are also welcome to attend to gain insight into follower's technique. We will begin with a thorough warm-up, focusing on the key muscles involved in head movement. The workshop will cover essential body mechanics and include solo drills to ensure ample time to absorb the information.
