DEEP REGRESSIONS 💧 OceanDance 4 day deep WaterDance workshop 💧

OceanDance / WaterDance / Deepwater Dancing / Breath work / Freediving Basics / Interspecies Dancing / Contact Improvisation 🐬 Dancing in deep waters is liberating. The buoyancy of water frees us from the downward pull of gravity. The aim is to dance in solo and in contact with others up to a depth of 12-15 meters. For this we will share exercises to explore and develop the breath-hold, movement and related skills of proprioception, orientation & relaxation in deep water. Basic Physiology will also be covered. Beginners Welcome. No previous diving or dancing experience required. A previous relationship with water is helpful. Whether that is through water dance, scuba-diving, snorkelling or water therapy. Safety: The event will be supervised by a certified freediving instructor whom the facilitators have completed safety training with. _ Schedule: 🐬Part 1: Theory - BreathWork and Buoyancy theory Practice in Shallow Waters 26 MAR 2023 9 AM-12 AM 🐬Part 2: Deep Waters Diving and Dancing March 28 -29-30 9 AM-12 AM - In space between each water day we encourage dry apnea training (breath-hold) for deeper familiarity in deep waters. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲: 5000 𝗧𝗕𝗛 / 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 4000 𝗧𝗕𝗛 / 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 - Location: Various beaches & waters in Koh Phangan.
