It’s not about learning new steps, but about understanding what we already dance with more depth, intention, and clarity. Join us this Sunday, June 22 at Tango Room for a special tango workshop designed for dancers who want to grow from the roots. Whether you’re a leader or a follower, this workshop will help you refine your technique, enhance your connection, and elevate your dance to the next level. Cost: $25 for one class $40 for both classes $75 per couple (for both classes) Workshop 1 – Individual Technique (12:00 to 1:00pm) A focused hour of personal work for both leaders and followers. We’ll dive into: Pivot, dissociation, torsion, opposition Refining body awareness, axis, and movement clarity Worshop 2 – Dancing in Partnership (1:10 to 2:20pm) We’ll apply these concepts in classic tango sequences: Ocho cortado, giros, calecitas, entrances and exits Focus on connection, shared axis, and the quality of the embrace.
