My CI Journey – Sharing Japan Research (https://dancedot.art/) After spending a full month dancing and researching Contact Improvisation in Japan, I feel inspired to share this experience with you. This session is open to all levels of CI and Improvisation. We will play with ideas, body, space, touch and surrounding, to deepen your presence in CI and explore physical and spatial contact with partners or the group. 18. April 2026 Saturday: We will also focus on dancing in contact with objects, for example: How does a contact trio with another dancer and a chair come about? May Saturday: Ying and Yang in our belly, Ying to soften our movements, to go inward, Yang to open up and express our need to show ourselves.
