THE MOST COMFORTABLE EMBRACE: Support, Relaxation, and Presence 1 hour Technique, 1 hour Fundamentals , 2 hour Couples class. 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Technique Class • Individual technical exercises • Body awareness and preparation • Core techniques for both leaders and followers 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Technical Foundations • Fundamental applications through movement and posture • Understanding the asymmetry of the embrace and how to create harmony within the couple • Preparatory exercises to develop awareness before dancing • Essential movement principles: alignment, balance, and body organization. 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Tango Sequences • Partnered application: building connection through the embrace • How the embrace functions differently on each side of the body • Finding support and grounded stability while remaining relaxed • Tips for both leaders and followers to create an embrace with presence • Partner rotation practice to explore the embrace with different energies and bodies Note: -No partner is required — everyone is welcome, whether you come solo or with a partner. -All levels with some basic tango experience are encouraged to join. -Feel free to attend sessions individually; you don’t need to complete the full 4 hours all at once.
