Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container & facilitated by a DJ. It’s a place where we can be our unique selves and also connected to a common source. It is an Open Source Dance Technology that Anyone Anywhere can Dance in a Safe & Sacred Space. WHAT TO EXPECT: 🎵 A brief opening and closing circle 🎵 A curated playlist to guide your journey 🎵 Zero judgment space for authentic self expression 🎵 The joy of moving as you desire in a safe space that encourages you to be fully expressed in all that you are $10 donation goes towards building and growing our local Des Moines Ecstatic dance community PS - This is a special time and place as Unity Church has the Spirit Seekers Fair event this Saturday. For every other week after this, continue to meet at Unity Church at 10:30am for your dose of weekly movement medicine.
