Desert Moon Blues & Fusion

For Desert Moon this month Hannah will be facilitating a contact improv class to to inspire more creative ways to move together in partner dance. With guided prompts she invites deeper listening - within and with others. Hannah Heaton is level 2 trained facilitator in a dance practice called Contact Beyond Contact or CBC that incorporates contact improvisation, authentic movement, Chi gong, and somatic reflection. Weaving this in with her backgrounds in partner dance and somatic practices, she creates experiences for exploring movement in a creative and conscious atmosphere. First Saturday of the Month 7:00-8:00 lesson 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM social dance $10 lesson & social Please wear appropriate shoes for dancing. Socks and bare feet are also welcome! No partner necessary. If you would like to dance with everybody, you are welcome to ask. Respect the decisions of others if they decline your request. Every dance style welcomed here. No experience in Fusion required. It's fun to learn and easy to have fun!
