𝘿𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 - 𝘾𝙄 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥 Changing and influencing our perception with Angela-Mara Florant and Dino Spiri We would like to dedicate this workshop to observing and playing with different states in our dance. States influence our mood, the contact with our dance partner(s), and the quality of the dance. Our individual states have an impact on the group and the space. The more freedom we have to consciously choose our states, the more we can shape our own experience according to our wishes and more consciously effect the common experience of the group. We will experiment with meditation, very fine and detailed body awareness and touch. We will also dive into playing with speed, manipulation, and tonus modulation. We are interested in opening and expanding the pallet of our possibilities for perception and creation in dance. Our desire is to co-create a space where everyone can find access to inspired work and learning. Zustände beeinflussen unsere Stimmung, den Kontakt mit dem*r Tanzpartner*in, die Qualität des Tanzes und haben einen Einfluss auf die Gruppe und den Raum. Je mehr Freiheit wir haben, bestimmte Zustände bewusst zu wählen, desto mehr können wir sowohl unser eigenes Erleben nach unseren Wünschen gestalten, als auch die Erfahrung der Gruppe bewusster beeinflussen. Wir werden einerseits mit Meditation, sehr feiner und detaillierter Körperwahrnehmung und Berührung experimentieren und andererseits auch in das Spiel mit Geschwindigkeit, Manipulation und Tonusmodulation eintauchen. Es geht uns darum die Palette an Erfahrungs- und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten im Tanz zu öffnen und zu erweitern. Unser Wunsch ist es einen Raum zu co-kreieren, in dem jede*r einen Zugang zu inspiriertem Arbeiten und Lernen finden kann.
