Dans les bases du Semba nous faisons attention à comprendre comment poser son pied efficacement dans le sol, pour comprendre son equilibre, les principes d'avoir une bonne posture pour que le couple soit en connection et donc RESPIRER correctement, la connaissance de la ginga qui permet de transferer parfaitement le poids du corps d'une jambe à une autre et encore tellement d'autre element que je pourrais en rediger un article complet ( d'ailleur je devrais y penser :) ) ! Le style est les figures viennent APRÈS CES ELEMENTS COMPRIS ET APPLIQUER ! Alors oui, evidement on y mettra du style et quelques figures qui je pense, ne serons pas realisable avec tout les danseurs / danseuses que vous rencontrerez en soirée, en revanche, tout ce qui à été dit plus haut est completement realisable avec tout le monde en soirée et ensuite à toi de creer ton propre style, t'es propres figures !!!
