Followers: Must be able to comfortably hold a plank position for at least 15 seconds. ❓NO PARTNER? No problem! Dancers attending without a partner must arrive 30 minutes before class to be assigned a partner or placed into a small practice group. Whether you dance Country, West Coast Swing, Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Bachata, or another partner dance style, you’ll leave with techniques and concepts you can immediately apply to your dancing.
