Her creation, DISSOLVE, since 2015 has become one of the most beloved conscious movement experiences in Bali, offering a unique blend of Contact Improvisation, somatic practice, intuitive movement and authentic relating. Dissolve is an invitation to explore the meeting point between touch, movement, sensuality and authentic human connection. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ DISSOLVE SKILLS LAB Introduction to Contact Improvisation & Embodied Connection (2-hour workshop) A welcoming and beginner-friendly workshop designed for anyone curious about Contact Improvisation, conscious movement and authentic connection. Whether you are completely new to Contact Improvisation or already have movement experience, this class offers a supportive environment to develop the foundations that will enrich the second part of the evening: Dissolve :: Play. Drawing from Contact Improvisation, Body-Mind Centering®, Experiential Anatomy, Tuning Scores, Functional Movement and Relational Intelligence, we will explore: ✧ communication through touch and embodied listening ✧ boundaries, consent and authentic choice ✧ exchanging weight safely and playfully ✧ points of contact and shared movement ✧ movement pathways and body awareness ✧ sensation as a source of movement ✧ the foundations of dancing with others spontaneously Through guided exercises, partner explorations and playful movement research, participants will develop both practical skills and embodied confidence. No dance experience required. Come exactly as you are. Recommended clothing: Comfortable long sleeves and pants for ease of movement. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ DISSOLVE :: PLAY Intuitive Contact Flow After building a shared foundation during the Skills Lab, we open into a facilitated movement journey where touch, sensation and authentic connection become our guides. Together we explore the meeting point between movement, sensuality, play and presence. This is an invitation to: ✧ move from sensation rather than performance ✧ connect authentically with yourself and others ✧ explore touch as a form of listening ✧ honor boundaries and celebrate choice ✧ discover new possibilities for movement and connection ✧ follow curiosity, creativity and play Guided somatic exercises and movement scores support participants in entering deeper states of presence, trust and embodied connection. Bring your curiosity, your playfulness and your willingness to discover what emerges when movement, touch and authentic relating meet. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ ABOUT ZOJA WEI Zoja Wei is a movement facilitator, performance artist, and psychedelic researcher whose work bridges somatic practice, ritual movement, and embodied transformation. Her work integrates Contact Improvisation, Body-Mind Centering®, authentic relating, performance practice, movement research and embodied inquiry. She is the creator of the Daoist 5-Element Movement Method, inspired by the Wu Xing elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, guiding participants through embodied states using breath, vocalization, intuitive movement and energetic awareness. Zoja has facilitated workshops internationally at Breaking Convention UK, Psychedelic Science, Brooklyn Psychedelic Society, Dissolve Bali, Sisters Hope Copenhagen and Ponderosa Stolzenhagen. Her performances have been presented at the Marina Abramović Institute, Modern Art Museum Shanghai, UCCA Dune Art Museum and Accent Sisters New York.
