Hey DJs Ministry of Balboa (MoB) and Swingshoes (SS) invite you to DJ workshop, with Gašper Hrovat on Saturday 16 Nov. 2024. MoB and Swingshoes would like to invest in the skills development of DJs, and we expect that in future you will contribute your music to our social Fast Feet, Balboa and Slow Balboa parties. We have among other things, focus on: - Start a conversation among DJs about the quality of the Fast Feet, Balboa and Slow Balboa music played at our parties, at the CBW, Café Globen, Swingshoes and HFS etc. - Be inspired by the really talented and internationally recognized DJs Gašper, - Listen and discuss Swing and jazz music, Gypsy jazz, Rhythm and Blues music and other genres. - Listen and discuss artists such as Django Reinhardt, Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Gene Krupa and Jonathan Stout and their music, among others, We communicate when we meet at our social events.
