Fragt ihr euch jeweils was da los ist, wenn sich auf dem Kiz Floor fast nichts mehr bewegt? Douceur, was auf Französisch „sanft/Sanftheit/Sanftmu/süss“ bedeutet, wird oft als eine Variante von Kizomba angesehen. Diese Tanzform wird typischerweise zu sehr ruhiger Musik getanzt, die durch ein Tempo von weniger als 96 Schlägen pro Minute gekennzeichnet ist. Der Tanz beinhaltet ein dynamisches Zusammenspiel von Schub- und Zugbewegungen, bei dem die Tänzer häufig die Hauptrollen wechseln. Diese Bewegungen werden subtil mit einer Mischung aus Energie, emotionalem Ausdruck und minimalen, aber bewussten Körpergesten ausgeführt, die an die fortgeschrittenen Techniken des Kizomba erinnern. Während komplexe Muster nicht notwendig sind, um eine Verbindung herzustellen, werden Körperisolationen entscheidend, ähnlich denen beim soften Tarraxo. Dennoch spiegelt die Gesamtausführung verschiedene Stile wider. Am 15.12.2024 findet der Douceur Workshop Day Stuttgart statt. Mit dabei sind: Fernandes & Nicole aus Stuttgart Sie bringen Show & viel Unterrichtserfahrung mit, haben auch andere Tänze in Ihr Repertoire, sie werden euch diesen Tanzstil näher bringen. Lasst euch dieses Wochenende nicht entgehen und tragt es euch gleich in den Kalender ein. 🚨1 Tag Workshop 🚨Insgesamt 3 Stunden Unterricht 🚨100% Douceur Techniken 🚨Verschiedene Douceur Lieder 🚨Schöne Atmosphäre Sonntag 15.12.2024 12:30 Uhr Einlass und Registrierung! 13:00 - 14:00 Uhr Douceur Connection & Rules Fernandes y Nicole (Voraussetzung: Beginner mit Kenntnissen oder gute Kenntnisse in Kizomba) In der Ersten Stunde befassen wir uns mit den Anfängen der Connection. Die richtige Grundstellung in geschlossener Position sowie der optimale Rahmen zwischen beiden Partnern. Zudem gehen wir auf die regeln ein um Optimal zusammen Tanzen zu können. 14:05 - 15:05 Uhr Douceur Breath & Walk Technik Fernandes y Nicole (Voraussetzung: Beginner mit Kenntnissen oder gute Kenntnisse in Kizomba) Hier behandeln wir unterschiedliche Atem Techniken und führen Sie in bewegungen aus, welche für den Douceur notwendig sind. 15:20 - 16:20 Uhr Douceur Leading & Following Fernandes y Nicole (Voraussetzung: Beginner mit Kenntnissen oder gute Kenntnisse in Kizomba) In dieser Stunde gehen wir auf die unterschiedlichen Elemente ein, wo ihr benützen könnt um euer Repertoire zu erweitern. Welche Führung bedeutet was und wie setzte ich dies um damit mein Partner/in es auf der Tanzfläche um setzt. In dieser Stunde sind folgende Elemente geplant (Körperisolationen, Wellen, Hüftbewegungen, Rotationen Preise: 1h Workshop: 20,00€ p.P. 2h Workshop: 35,00€ p.P. Full-Pass (3 Stunden): 50,00€ p.P. Are you wondering what's going on when almost nothing moves on the Kiz Floor? Douceur, which means "soft/gentle/smooth/sweet" in French, is often seen as a variation of Kizomba. This dance form is typically danced to very calm music characterized by a tempo of less than 96 beats per minute. The dance involves a dynamic interplay of pushing and pulling movements in which the dancers frequently change lead roles. These movements are subtly executed with a mixture of energy, emotional expression and minimal but deliberate body gestures reminiscent of the advanced techniques of Kizomba. While complex patterns are not necessary to connect, body isolations become crucial, similar to those in soft Tarraxo. Nevertheless, the overall execution reflects different styles. The Douceur Workshop Day Stuttgart will take place on 15.12.2024. Taking part will be: Fernandes & Nicole from Stuttgart They bring show & a lot of teaching experience, also have other dances in their repertoire, they will bring you closer to this dance style. The correct basic position in closed position as well as the optimal frame between both partners. We also go into the rules for dancing together optimally. 14:05 - 15:05 Douceur Breath & Walk Technique Fernandes y Nicole (Prerequisite: beginner with knowledge or good knowledge of Kizomba) Here we cover different breathing techniques and perform them in movements that are necessary for the douceur. 15:20 - 16:20 Douceur Leading & Following Fernandes y Nicole (Prerequisite: beginner with knowledge or good knowledge of Kizomba) In this class we will look at the different elements you can use to expand your repertoire. Which lead means what and how do I implement it so that my partner can implement it on the dance floor.
