Conscious Events Scotland welcomes Drumspyder to Edinburgh for the very first time as part of his European tour this spring. Scott Sterling has spent over a decade at the heart of the global conscious music scene. He has shared stages with Desert Dwellers, Ott, Random Rab, Yaima, and Dirtwire ~ at Earth Beat Festival in New Zealand, Magikana Festival in Wales, the historic McMenamins Crystal Ballroom in Portland, and the Fillmore in San Francisco. His music is Celtic Folktronica - frame drums and tambourines woven into bass-heavy production, Folk, Medieval and Renaissance melody carried into something unmistakably physical. Ancient in atmosphere. Built for bodies in motion. Opening and closing the space is Pollyana Caldas Xavier Leaver ~ Primal Rising. Sound weaver. Shamanic practitioner. Yoga teacher. Founder of The Hearth Studio in the Scottish Borders.
