Dwelling in Contact CI Workshop

A CI workshop led by Irene Sposetti for participants with grounding in CI fundamentals: I will offer technical material and movement investigations focusing on skills, relational dynamics, and embodied choice-making within Contact Improvisation, as well as dance improvisations within focused scores. Alongside this, participants will be invited to share reflections, curiosities, and questions, allowing the work to be informed and shaped by the group’s interests and my inputs. We’ll explore movement possibilities, creativity, and relational expression through authentic and in-depth exploratory processes, cultivating clarity, ease, and availability in movement and in the way we participate in the dance.
