Earthing Consciousness In Contact Improvisation

Earthing Consciousness 2 day Intensive in Contact Improvisation Gather yourself from the ground and rise into the space ! We shall explore aspects of our consciousness, awareness, attention, weight of the body and how it supports our movement in solo and in contact with other bodies. We shall also dive into investigating our connection with space and its elements and how can we become one with it or with certain elements of the space like other human bodies. This workshop needs a basic experience of practice of Contact Improvisation and is NOT open to complete beginners.
