In a world littered with distractions, division, mindless social media, toil and tasks... coming together, as one, to feel deep - in our joy and in our grief - is a radical, vital act that we practice & sustain every single month - every First Friday. There is no instruction other than to listen, feel, and move how you want to that does not infringe upon or disrespect anybody else. - 🍇🍇🍇 A reminder to everyone that our ABUNDANCE TABLE is one of the several elements of our dance that makes up our unique community. This is a space for everyone to bring gifts for the people. Gifts of snacks and treats and hydrating drinks for the night to keep us energized and nourished. Gifts to pass on. We've had many goodies passed through our community through the abundance table : amazing herbal medicines, so many great books, jewelry, potions, dried herbs, garden harvests, homemade treats, soup, plant starts + seeds, clothing.
