🌸 hello friends! do you feel it? the shift in the air.. It's SPRING<3 the season of more light, a renewed softness in the air, an invitation to expand, grow along with our plant friends, an invitation to PLAY + tend to mama earth. 🌱 SEED SWAP Earthshake edition : to celebrate & hype each other up to grow food, herbs, medicinal plants, we invite y'all to add extra saved seeds you may have to the abundance table... and anything Spring inspired! could be garden tools, permaculture books, seed seed seeds! this is such an epic reflection of who we are together. the flow of the evening ~ 7:30pm arrival 8pm circle 8:15pm guided warm up with Chaya Leia Aronson 8:45pm DJ Brando 10:15pm drum circle 10:45pm DJ Passionflower 𝄢 EARTHSHAKE has been the first friday ecstatic dance in the valley since summer '21. . . every month new + familiar faces gather to move however the music + moment asks of you. This is a free-form dance space : meaning, you move how you want. anything goes - as long as it is respectful of others. this is the space to come truly + fully alive in : it is a place of meditation + prayer, it is a place of catharsis, healing, theatrics, insights, ecstatic joy + bliss, unbounded play, and honouring of the different parts that reside in the complex human experience. ⚡️ Bring with you an openness + curiosity, vessel for water to keep hydrated, + something to share for the abundance table if that excites you! 🍇 ABUNDANCE TABLE : in addition to our seed swap, this is a potluck style spot in the lounge area for snacks, goodies, herbals, treats, books, clothing, teas ~~ anything you wish to pass on to the community + make for a nourishing night! ♡ Earthshake provides hot cacao, a heart-enlivening elixir. 🗝 GUIDELINES : in order to feel the most free to have the richest experience possible, we all need to agree on mindfulness + respect. we ask that there is a clear consent for touch + dancing with others – either through body language or a simple ask. you may motion your arms open to invite someone else into your dance space, rather than enter in someone’s dance space. we keep big conversations, phones, + shoes ( unless specific dance shoes ) off the dance floor. the lounge area is for hangs + conversation. the organizers take very short clips of videos + some photos throughout the night but try to keep that minimum to allow people to stay in their experience. if you do not want any footage of you to be seen or want to approve it prior, please contact Andrew or Brianna. ♦️ if there are any concerns regarding boundaries + safety, please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention. ___________ FRIDAY • April 7 25 Main Street, 4th floor Fitzwilly's Building Northampton MA $20 - $25 cash at the door | venmo @brianna-kin 🦋 we have 4 volunteer shifts available as an exchange for free entry. message Brianna to join the team! thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, as always, for saying Yes to this co-created voyage.
