Kick off the New Year with first major Ecstatic Dance of 2025 ✨ Earthshake :: Jan 3rd :: 8pm-midnight :: 25 Mainstreet, Northampton MA :: Studio 444 January is always our BIGGEST ecstatic dance of the year. Join us to celebrate the culmination of 2024 and the birth of 2025. Earthshake has grown into the biggest, wildest, monthly ecstatic dance in New England. Incredible, passionate, vibrant souls gather every month not just to walk the talk, but dance the dance. If you have been a part of Earthshake before, you know how magic, joyful and cathartic this space becomes. THANK YOU for adding your spirit to our dance floor. FRIDAY January 3rd 8pm - midnight 25 Main Street, 4th floor Northampton MA $20 - $25 [ sliding scale | Venmo or cash at the door ] ▻▻ There are a handful of work exchange positions available including set-up, welcoming in guests at the door, and breakdown at the end of the night. Message Brianna to join the team ~ __________________ 🍊 Bring: a water bottle + something to add to our 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆. Each month we share nourishing snacks through the night: fruit, treats, herbal goodies, and any tasty goods you have in abundance to share. Consider bringing clothing, books, or other items to pass on to community as well. We provide hot cacao 🙂 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW : • No shoes in the space except for specialty dance-only footwear. • Be prepared to practice consent. Ask yourself first, and then any other person before engaging closely with others. Receive a clear 'yes' before entering into their physical sphere on or off the dance floor. This can be done with body language/gestures or an ask. Practicing healthy boundaries allows for more openness and deeper experiences. Understand that everybody dancing is having a unique experience and may not wish to engage with others. • Keep phones off the dance floor. • Please keep talking off the dance floor - unless it regards to safety, consent, and boundary. This really helps us go deep!
