Easter Monday Guest Teacher Workshops - with Chris and Ali

It's EASTER Bank Holiday MONDAY afternoon - and IDW are proud to present another pair of Dance Workshops from Guest Teachers Chris and Ali of Urban Tango Nights (Swansea)* - The emphasis is on a Fun, Alternative take on some lesser-known Partner Dances! There'll also be plenty of opportunity to practise your new skills later in the evening at our Mixed-Genre Freestyle that includes Tango, Blues, MJ, Rock 'n' Roll... you dance it, we'll play it!! Workshop 1: There has been a huge resurgance recently in upbeat, fun, lively partner dances like Fox, Hustle and Samba... And Chris and Ali will be showing you how to take elements from all of these styles to create your own perfect 70's-style Party Blend... No Experience, Partner, Fringed Suede Jacket or Afro Wig required to have a ball with this one!! :) Workshop 2: If you missed Chris and Ali's amazing Fiery but Fun 'Paso' Workshop from 2017 (or want another chance to laugh yourself silly adding stamps and claps to your Dance and *improvising* dramatic Latin steps instead of learning routines), don't even *think* of missing this one!! Be ready to Dance with *Attitude*, but leave the sequins at home! Arrive at 14.00 for a 14.15 start – there’ll be two Workshops with a refreshment break in between.
