By all of us doing our part, we can help minimize the spread of illness to others, and make Easter Swing a healthy event for as many people as possible! Not required: COVID vaccinations or face masks -CDC guidelines and Infectious disease health professionals continue to recommend taking the most amount of precautions when possible. It is still recommended to be up to date on all vaccinations and wear a mask during the event. Required: Negative COVID Test We accept the following any one of the following test formats: -PCR: within 72 hours of admittance, bring all relevant materials to front desk. Or -Antigen Rapid: within 24 hours of admittance. You may bring: a. Photo - must contain the following: 1. The test (with result being able to be seen) 2. Photo id or your name written on the test. 3. Date written on the test or timestamp of the photo will need to be able to presented to Reg desk. b. The antigen test itself (preferably contained in a clear bag) Local drugstore locations to purchase COVID antigen tests: Rite Aid Pharmacy: 10116 NE 8th St, Bellevue, WA 98004 Safeway Pharmacy: 300 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA 98004 CVS Pharmacy: 107 Bellevue Way SE, Bellevue, WA 98004 --- At any point, for any reason, we reserve the right to request that attendee to take a COVID Rapid Antigen test. Refusal to take the COVID Rapid Antigen test will result in removal from the event with no possibility of refund. Easter Swing encourages attendees to be transparent and honest about their personal health status throughout the event. By each of us paying close attention to our own personal health, hopefully we can keep illness to a minimum and keep the event happy and healthy for everyone involved! Should an attendee be confirmed to have COVID or another serious communicable illness during the event, they will be asked to leave the ballroom and will be provided either a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the event, or a discount for attending Easter Swing 2024. --- At this point, we do not foresee the policy changing drastically, but this committee reserves the right to change the policy based on any relevant events or factors, including but not limited to any changes in City, County, State, or National health guidelines. If you are unable to attend Easter Swing, you are welcome to re-sell your ticket to another individual, or if desired, we will roll your ticket over to Easter Swing 2024.
