"Easy flying" - CI class by Sebas before the Saturday-Jam. ~ playing banana and gorilla ~ Easy moving - Easy supporting ~ In this class I'd like to explore with you options for getting in flying on each other with minimal effort, with ease. We will explore some detailed somatic work with the spine and eyes to go into the backspace and sidespace. To get in semi-lifted, or full-lifted situations, where underdancer and overdancer are cooperating. With this we will do some nice dancing, starting slow, easy and subtle. I'm looking forward to dance with you!
