About this Event

✨ This workshop invites you into the practice of eco-contact improvisation — a movement dialogue in which we perceive each other not as objects, but as living, responsive environments. The body becomes part of a shared ecosystem where touch, weight, impulse, and attention serve as tools for exploration and presence. 📍 We will : - Explore relationships between bodies as ecological systems — sensitive, vulnerable, and self-regulating; - Practice contact as a form of attuned, respectful coexistence; - Develop somatic listening to “read” one another through movement and touch; - Shift from the mindset of “me in the world” to “the world through me” — in every interaction. ✨ This workshop is about the ecology of human connection — how care, presence, and embodiment can reshape the way we move together. Through improvisation, we will listen, respond, and co-create — perhaps discovering a new kind of inner ecology: one that is inseparable from others. 📍 Open to all levels. No prior experience in dance or improvisation is required — only a willingness to explore and move. Participation: FREE OF CHARGE. However, you can voluntarily contribute 5 euros to our artist team and organisation: https://hipsy.be/shop/123852-eco-contact-improvisation-the-body-as-landscape 📍 Facilitator Anna is a dedicated and intuitive guide in the fields of personal transformation, embodiment, and human connection.
