About this Event
🌿 EcosSoma: A Regenerative Journey of Presence and Connection - Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, Brazil.
Dates: 2 - 9 July
25 July - 1 August
Join us for EcosSoma, a unique experience of co-creation where we cultivate presence, autonomy, and vitality — individually, with each other, and with the natural world.
This is an invitation to deepen bonds rooted in trust, sensitivity, and relational awareness —
✨ With nature
✨ With water
✨ With one another
🌀 What to Expect:
Our days will unfold gently, guided by rhythms that nourish body and soul. Core activities include:
-Body awakening practices to attune ourselves for the day
-Nourishing meals, featuring local ovolacto-vegetarian cuisine
-Walks and embodied classes on land and in water — from terraces to rivers, pools to ponds
-Immersive time outdoors, flowing with the elements and weather
Evenings may bring:
Cozy movie nights
Bonfires under the stars
Heartfelt conversations
Or simply peaceful rest
🌅 Special Highlights:
Sunrise outing in the National Park, followed by silent breakfast
Excursions to magical spots: Lagoa da Gaivota, Emendadas, Ponta Verde & more
Final night: Sleeping under a giant cashew tree by Américas Lagoon — in hammocks, tents, or rustic beds, surrounded by community and nature.
Accommodation:
Our home for this journey is located on the tranquil banks of the Rio Grande. Though technically within the town, it feels deeply removed from it all — a pocket of peace where time flows with the river. There are six suites, each accommodating 3 to 5 people.
