Na začiatku sa prostredníctvom kakaovej ceremónie naladíme na naše srdce a zámer, prepojíme sa v kruhu a vytvoríme tak podporný a posvätný priestor pre spoločnú tanečnú cestu. Pohybovou meditáciou vytvoríme v tele podmienky na uvoľnenie a napojenie sa na vlastné autentické vedenie v tanci. Následne nás čaká Ecstatic Dance DJ set hudby rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, pri ktorom budeme mať možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba a odovzdať sa sile prítomného okamihu. Uvoľnením stagnujúcej energie a vzorcov, ktoré nám už neslúžia, sa naplníme prílevom novej, životodárnej energie a inšpirácie. Druhý DJ set už bude viac ambientný, downtempo a v jednej vlne, do ktorej sa môžeme plne ponoriť alebo plynúť na lodi svojim vlastným spôsobom či už v tanci alebo prepojení s ostatnými a rozhovoroch. Pre každého môže byť táto skúsenosť iná. Niekto môže uvoľnovať potlačené emócie, niekto zažívať radosť a oslavný tanec, pre iného to zase môže byť čisto aktívna pohybová meditácia alebo pasívna meditácia v sede pri počúvaní hudby. Through the movement workshop and warm-up we will connect to our most authentic self so that we create the best ground for delving into a spontaneous dance and invite our inner guidance to take over. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves. Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing supressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation.
