Tak ako minulý rok si užijeme magický večer na vlnách rieky, pod hviezdami a ešte celkom plným mesiacom tesne po augustovom splne. Na začiatku pohybovou meditáciou vytvoríme v tele podmienky na uvoľnenie a napojenie sa na vlastné autentické vedenie v tanci. Následne pri hudbe rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, budeme mať možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba a odovzdať sa sile prítomného okamihu. Uvoľnením stagnujúcej energie a vzorcov, ktoré nám už neslúžia, sa naplníme prílevom novej, životodárnej energie a inšpirácie. Pre každého môže byť táto skúsenosť iná. Niekto môže uvoľnovať potlačené emócie, niekto zažívať radosť a oslavný tanec, pre iného to zase môže byť čisto aktívna pohybová meditácia alebo pasívna meditácia v sede pri počúvaní hudby. Sme vítaní a prijímaní presne takí, ako sa práve cítime. V rámci Ecstatic Dance existuje niekoľo pilierov pre udržanie energeticky čistého a bezpečného priestoru: • Je to priestor bez slov. Dj set, ktorý hrá je zmes tanečnej elektronickej hudby, ktorá prináša tajomno a spirituálnych nástrojov a zvukov v hypnotickom tempe. Just like last year, we will enjoy a magical evening on the waves of the river, under the stars and moon. This time we've arranged two DJ sets in a row, the first within the rules of Ecstatic dance in a safe and sacred space, and the second one to enjoy yourself while dancing or talking and connecting. 17.45 Opening the space to arrive 18.00 Opening Movement Meditation with Eva Solea 18.15 Ecstatic Dance and Sound Journey with DJ Ion 20.15 - 22.00 Roman DNA DJ Set and space for flowing and being together (Kakaobar, vegetarian snacks, soft drinks from homemade recipes) Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in many cultures as an important ritual connecting the community and also nowadays it has become a very important safe space that creates an opportunity for us to connect to ourselves, free up energetic blocks, connect deeper to our heart, and expand our consciousness beyond the barriers of the mind. The day will start with voWe start with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, to create a supportive group energy and set an intention. Through the movement workshop and warm-up we will connect to our most authentic self so that we create the best ground for delving into a spontaneous dance and invite our inner guidance to take over. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves. Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing supressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects. At the end we will have a chance to integrate and deepen the whole experience through a sound healing journey and we have another DJ set. *DJ Ion Ion Mikado conjures up soft carpets of sound for the eternal moment from his own compositions and Medicine Music. Ion´s DJ sets combine a wide range of music styles, mixed together into a fine journey for deep emotional releases. When others are already are asleep, the versatile sound artist is working on productions and mixes. When others are already awake, he is still working on smooth sounds in search of harmony. **DNA MUSIC Musician, producer and DJ. From underground hip hop, he moved through various musical genres and projects. The dj set he plays is a blend of dance electronic music that brings mystery and spiritual instruments and sounds in a hypnotic tempo. Apart from music, he is mainly involved in the LASKAMIER project which combines music, ethical fashion, vegan food and yoga and its values. To keep the clean & safe energetic space Ecstatic Dance there are a few things to keep in mind: • We dance barefoot and without words on the dancefloor. As little as possible inner mind dialogue as well as outer dialogue helps to dive deeper into your own journey. • Together we create a safe space where we support each other in authentic self-expression without judgement.
