We create a safe space for you to ground, connect with your body, move/dance to juicy beats and connect through touch/massage. After many years of experience in the field of yoga, holistic massage, dance and conscious music, we love to share now our passion and experience in this co-created workshop .. arrive with a heart meditation, move into a gentle yoga flow class, dance to uplifting ecstatic dance beats and land with a guided massage exchange - doesn't that sound already great? Please eat only little or light before event. Bring comfortable clothes and a sheet to cover you for the massage ceremony. She also travels around the world to spread awareness about the power of musical and dancing vibes by initiating and co-creating beautiful safe dance floors.
