Like other breathwork modalities, shamanic breathwork centres around one common primary tool: conscious connected breathing. Together we create a safe space where you are welcomed as you are. During a warm up phase, we prepare and set the intetions. Supported by essential oils, bija mantras, breath retentions and other beneficial tools we breathe through the mouth for around 50 minutes without a gap in between inhalations and exhalations. After that we transition into a relaxation / integration.
